ABOUT ME
I’m Hannah — a certified Gupta Program Coach based on the southeast coast of the UK, where I live with my partner, our little boy, and our dog, Coco.
My journey into this work began through my own experience with chronic illness. Back in 2014, I was working in a demanding role in fashion buying, juggling stress, personal upheaval, and little time for myself. It was, as it is for so many who become unwell, the perfect storm. After a viral chest infection, my health declined dramatically. I developed POTS and became so unwell that I had to stop working and move back to my parent’s for care. Over the years, I was also diagnosed with fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, MCAS, small fibre neuropathy, gastroparesis, migraines, and seizures — and found myself on a cocktail of medications. I tried countless programs and therapies; some helped a little, but nothing created real change. My world became small, and I began to lose hope.
Everything shifted in 2020 when I discovered the Gupta Program. I still remember sitting and watching the videos for the first time — feeling, deep down, that I had finally found the missing piece. For the first time in years, I had genuine hope for recovery. The program’s gentle, compassionate approach became a lifeline and guided me back toward health, joy, and a sense of peace I hadn’t felt in years.
Today, my life looks completely different. I’ve experienced a level of healing I once thought impossible — including becoming a mum, something I never imagined could happen — and I now live from a place of calm, balance, and gratitude.
Inspired by the profound transformation I experienced, I embarked on the training to become a Gupta Program Coach back in 2022. My passion now lies in helping others find the same freedom, hope, and wellbeing that I’ve found.
My coaching approach is holistic and tailored to each person I work with. I draw on neuroplasticity-based and Gupta Program tools, and a range of other integrative healing practices. Together, we explore how to strengthen your connection with your parts, cultivate safety in your nervous system, and reconnect with your loving wise self.
I’m deeply influenced by the work of Deb Dana and Stephen Porges (Polyvagal Theory), Richard Schwartz (Internal Family Systems), Gabor Maté, Bessel van der Kolk, Marshall Rosenberg (Nonviolent Communication), Mark Waldman, and Les Fehmi (Open Focus) — and I weave elements of their teachings into my coaching to support whole-person healing.
I’d love to support you on your journey toward health and happiness. Find out how I can help you create lasting transformation and rediscover your joy.
