ABOUT ME

I’m Hannah — a certified Gupta Program Coach based on the southeast coast of the UK, where I live with my partner, our little boy, and our dog, Coco.

My journey into this work began through my own experience with chronic illness. Back in 2014, I was working in a demanding role in fashion buying, juggling stress, personal upheaval, and little time for myself. It was, as it is for so many who become unwell, the perfect storm. After a viral chest infection, my health declined dramatically. I developed POTS and became so unwell that I had to stop working and move back to my parent’s for care. Over the years, I was also diagnosed with fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, MCAS, small fibre neuropathy, gastroparesis, migraines, and seizures — and found myself on a cocktail of medications. I explored many different programs and approaches; some offered small shifts, but I still felt stuck, and my world gradually became smaller.

Things began to change in 2020 when I discovered the Gupta Program. I remember sitting and watching the videos for the first time and feeling, deep down, that something about this approach resonated. For the first time in a long while, I felt a sense of possibility. The program’s gentle, compassionate approach supported me in beginning to relate to my body and symptoms in a different way, and over time I started to experience more moments of calm, space, and ease.

Today, my life looks very different to how it once did. I experience a greater sense of steadiness and contentment, and have been able to move back into parts of life that once felt out of reach — including becoming a mum, something I never imagined might be possible. I continue to use these tools as part of my everyday life, supporting my nervous system and overall wellbeing.

Inspired by the changes I experienced in my own life, I began training as a Gupta Program Coach in 2022. My passion now lies in supporting others to explore greater freedom, hope, and wellbeing in their own way and at their own pace.

My coaching approach is holistic and tailored to each individual. I draw on neuroplasticity-based tools from the Gupta Program, alongside a range of other supportive practices. Together, we explore how to work with your patterns and parts, gently regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper sense of steadiness and self-compassion.

I’m also influenced by the work of Deb Dana and Stephen Porges (Polyvagal Theory), Richard Schwartz (Internal Family Systems), Gabor Maté, Bessel van der Kolk, Marshall Rosenberg (Nonviolent Communication), Mark Waldman, and Les Fehmi (Open Focus). I weave elements of these approaches into my coaching to support a more integrated and compassionate way of relating to yourself.

I’d love to support you on your journey. Find out how we can work together to create more ease, build resilience and open the door to meaningful, lasting change.
