I offer 60-minute, one-to-one Gupta Program coaching sessions via Zoom.
If this is your first session, please select Initial Appointment, as I’ll send you a few forms to complete beforehand.
Returning clients can book a Follow-Up Session.
If you’d like a longer session, please get in touch and we can arrange one to suit your needs.

My approach is centred around you — your goals, your pace, and your individual experience. Each session is tailored to meet your needs, drawing on a range of evidence-based tools and gentle mind-body approaches.
Together, we can deepen your understanding and use of the Gupta Program tools, explore and support your inner parts so they can begin to feel safer and more integrated, and bring in practices from other approaches where helpful, depending on your circumstances.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, looking for clarity, or wanting to build more consistency in your practice, I’ll support you in reconnecting with your own inner wisdom and exploring what feels like the next step forward for you.
